Two New ADU's added to the portfolio

We are proud to introduce the two newest one bedroom units to our Riverside portfolio. This was a great little project where we turned some unused common area spaces into two new one bedroom units and leased them up immediately. There is a huge appetite for these low cost units and we are happy we are able to provide these additional, low cost units to the community. We have many more to come!
