This project was so fun to work on. We were able to negotiate a new property line fence between our property and our neighboring property and renovated all the back years with nice new private back yard.
We reroofed all the duplexes, painted the exterior and added all new landscape and irrigation out front.
All 12 units were tastefully renovated with new cabinets, appliances, flooring, and many received new shower and tub upgrades. All units also have washer and dryer.
The community is 100% leased up and exceeded our lease up and rental expectations.
