After months of design, planning, and clearing through some red tape, we were able to successfully finish three new ADU's in Yucaipa. Our Starlight Ridge 15 units now enjoys three new one bedroom units for a new total of 18 units! We say it all the time, but man, these turned out really nice. Converting carports into units has a nice feel with the vaulted roofs. These are some of our favorite one bedrooms in the portfolio.
