Sunrise Village Apartments renovation is coming to a close. We have successfully renovated 97% of the units and just have a handful more to complete. Our most recent renovation was a $105,000 landscape project. We utilized Riverside Turf rebates and were able to remove 100% of the turf, and move to a drought tolerant landscape plan with all new drip irrigation. It took a few months, but we have completed the update and it looks great. We are hoping to really see some colors pop on these new plants in the next few months.
